Nelly Elessa is a certified Confidence & Career Development Coach who specialises in elevating the confidence of women aspiring to leadership, so that they can create more impact in their roles and fulfilment in their lived experience.
Nelly has 7+ years experience in senior leadership development and talent training, both in executive education and corporate.
A strong advocate for inclusion in the workplace, Nelly uses her blend of leadership coaching and career mastery to help her clients break through internal barriers and live their best work lives unapologetically.
Tinu Isaac
Educator, mentor and coach
After nearly a decade in traditional education, five of those years as a secondary school Head of Year, Tinu pivoted and joined an EdTech startup whose mission is to create a diverse group of future leaders by building an outstanding alternative to university and corporate training.
Passionate about pastoral care and social mobility, she coaches young people at the start of their careers, helping them to achieve their professional goals as well as develop foundational skills, behaviours and mindsets crucial for career success.
Outside of her day-to-day job, she is building Purposeful Narrative. Purposeful Narrative exists to help Gen Z and Millennials gain clarity on their present purpose in order to live a life of impact and true fulfilment.
Tinu is married, with two children.
