Reema Reid is Headteacher of Hollydale Primary School in London.
With 12 years experience as a Headteacher, Reema Reid has been a champion for her school community. She encourages staff and pupils to do well in everything they do through her supportive leadership style.
Reema’s educational journey has had its challenges. It is not a traditional one but one of resilience and growth. From a lunchtime supervisor to Headteacher, her self-belief has been an inspiration to many other educators who have crossed her path.
Inclusion, community and diversity are true drivers within her work.
In addition to her other supportive roles, Reema is part of Southwark’s Teaching School Alliance. Her focus is on empowering global majority educators, through coaching and mentoring to take up leadership roles.
