It is important to celebrate milestones.
It’s Voicing Education – The Podcast’s first birthday!
To mark the first anniversary of the podcast, I had a reflective conversation with Christalla Jamil, CEO and Executive Headteacher. I had the chance to reflect on my growth into leadership, my struggles and my views on self-belief.
Since launching the first three episodes of the Women Leaders series back in July 2021, the podcast has grown steadily due to passion, purpose and perseverance.
This special celebratory episode gives you an insight into Voicing Education’s why and how my values show up in leadership.
- 06:25 Speaking up and asking for help
- 10:28 Saying yes to opportunities
- 16:08 Struggles and growth
- 24:14 Believing in yourself
