Jade is a human leader. She has worked in both the state and independent sector; and has held a variety of leadership roles. Jade believes that motherhood and leadership do not need to compete.
In this conversation, Jade shares her thoughts on shared parental leave, the gender gap disparity and the importance of seeing yourself in leadership.
