A reflective conversation discussing the realities of motherhood and questioning the meaning of ‘having it all’.
Noura Mehmet-Khan talks about the importance of prioritising, the culture of working hard and modelling a healthy approach to home and worklife. As an empathetic leader, Noura reflects deeply on her experience of motherhood and leadership, and how she openly models wellbeing to staff.
