James Aidoo founded Innerscope in 2013, a coaching company that exists to inspire learners and equip leaders so that today’s leaders execute and tomorrow’s leaders are excellent.
With an emphasis on applied emotional intelligence, Innerscope has worked with students and staff teams within the education sector and beyond through keynotes, coaching and training. His client base is comprised of organisations like Pearson Edexcel, Adobe, and Warner Music Group.
